Belgium Avenue Neighbourhood House and the Arts Richmond Collective present the North Richmond Community Festival, a free outdoor celebration of music, culture and connection, set against the open space by Djerring Ganbu Quo-yung Marra Gathering Place (by 139 Highett Street Richmond / corner of Lennox and Highett Street).
Held on the unceded lands of the Wurundjeri Woi-Wurrung and Bunurong peoples of the Eastern Kulin Nation, the festival runs from 3pm to 8pm and brings together some of Naarm’s most respected artists alongside local performers and emerging talent.
2026 Line-up
The stage will feature the sounds of The Public Opinion Afro Orchestra, Ajak Kwai, Afro Moses, Deadly Mase, and 2Fiddle.Strings.
Yarra Youth Hub DJs will keep the energy high throughout the afternoon, alongside showcase performances from Yarra Music Arts Exchange, Vietnamese fan dancers, and youth dancers led by Faaiza in celebration of Eid.
The festival opens with an Acknowledgement of Country by Uncle Robbie Thorpe, who will also perform later in the evening as part of The Public Opinion Afro Orchestra.
