On the 27th of February 2026 Uncle Robbie Thorpe will be charging the governor of “victoria”, Margaret Gardner, with trespass.
On Invasion Day 2025, Uncle Robbie issued an eviction notice to the governor at her residence, Government House. Watch the video here.
Later in the year, the magistrate’s court issued a summons to Gardner for the charge of trespass. On the 12th of November 2025 Uncle Robbie served this summons to the governor’s residence – this now means she must appear in court to justify her occupancy of stolen Aboriginal Land.
