World Court to rule on Australia’s genocide against First Peoples? 

To all UN Member States:

Request to take Australia to the International Court of Justice for Failing to Stop and Prevent Genocide against First Peoples.

1. 25 years ago, the High Court dismissed case seeking an advisory opinion from ICJ.

2. Registry of High Court of Australia sighted this request to UN Member States, 9 October 2023.

3. Request on 20 October 2023 in Evidence 1 to Royal Commission and sighted by 30 October 2023 by top Victoria government officials and Key Integrity Bodies and MPs.
