YOUR DENIAL OF FIRST PEOPLES SOVEREIGNTY = PROOF OF YOUR INTENT TO DESTROY US = YOU ARE GUILTY OF CRIME OF GENOCIDE.
First lodged on Monday 9 October via the website portal of the High Court of Australia, this case claimed that Australia’s continuing denial of First Peoples’ unceded sovereignty was proof of a genocidal “intent to destroy” First Peoples. And on that legal basis the imminent referendum vote (set to be held on Saturday 14 October) should be stopped– because it constituted a blatant denial of Our Sovereignty and was another act of genocide against Us. The case documents were rejected by Registrar Young a day later, Tuesday 10 October, and revised and relodged the next day, Wednesday 11 October. On the folowing morning,Thursday 12 October, it appeared that Chief Justice Kiefel had ordered the case could not even begin unless and until the Court granted “leave” to “issue” — and Robbie’s Application For Leave To Issue was lodged an hour or so later (see the photo of Robbie’s lodged application “pending” in the portal on the Court’s website–document 14b below)… and never heard another thing from the Court or the Registry. ?!? wtf. Still unsure why nothing happened on Friday 13th October except the referendum went ahead the next day, lost badly that night… and Kiefel retired from the Court on Monday 16 October (farewell ceremony– see transcript of video spectacular below in document 20–final exit date Monday 6 November 2023). The next day, Tuesday 17 October, a music legend and top bloke returned his medal of The Ordure Of Australia (document 21) to some ex-military chap in Yarralumla known as “the Governor General of Australia” (!!!) And–get this– that Yarralumla chap’s boss was some toff in London claiming to be “the King of Australia”. No wonder that by the next weekend many of the mild-mannered backers and so-called architects of the referendum started talkin’ up Sovereignty-Never-Ceded too (document 22–note paragraph 4) albeit somewhat anonymously. And its still just another day in the Colony.
